End of Year Reflections

The climate crisis, ongoing racial and economic injustices -- the challenges can seem overwhelming. But at the Climate Equity Policy Center, we know that we can emerge stronger and healthier than ever by turning community vision into real change on the ground. 

The Climate Equity Policy Center provides solutions. By supporting communities in adopting ambitious and practical policies that address climate change and economic and racial justice, we are doing the work of building a better world.

In the last year, we’ve:

• Developed model policies, reports, factsheets, and resources

• Inspired action through keynotes, webinars, and presentations

• Worked with communities from North Carolina to Kentucky to California to tailor policies and overcome hurdles

• Interviewed Green New Deal coalitions in states across the country to understand challenges and opportunities

Moving into 2022, we look forward to reflecting, planning, and renewed action to support racial justice and thriving communities.
