Life in the increasingly authoritarian second Trump administration is exhausting. Relentless attacks on decency, democracy, environmental protections, immigrant and transgender communities, and the very concept of diversity and equity – it’s disorienting and enraging.
Nonetheless, there is great work going on. People across the nation are resisting the harm being inflicted, and are working to protect communities at the local and state level in a wide range of ways. We’ve been delighted to work on state Polluters Pay/Climate Superfund policies, which hold Big Oil accountable and raise crucial dollars to fund climate resilience – see below for our new resources on these bills.
